Website and project terms
Terms & Conditions.
These terms explain the general conditions for using this website and discussing furniture or interior work with Jainam Furnitech.
Effective date: 9 August 2026
Website use
This website provides general information about Jainam Furnitech, its services, project stages, factory and contact options. Photographs illustrate completed work, manufacturing or installation stages and design possibilities. They do not create a guarantee that every material, finish, configuration or result is available for every project.
You may browse the website and contact us for legitimate personal or business enquiries. You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, copy substantial original content for commercial use or interfere with its operation.
Quotations and approvals
A website enquiry, initial discussion, estimated range or appointment request is not a final contract. Project scope, dimensions, materials, hardware, finishes, quantities, prices, taxes, payment stages and estimated timelines are confirmed through the relevant quotation, drawings, selections and written approvals.
Work begins according to the agreed payment and approval schedule. Changes requested after approval may affect price, material availability and completion timing.
Measurements and project execution
Furniture is planned using available drawings and verified site information. The customer is responsible for providing accurate project details and timely access for measurement, delivery and installation. Site conditions that are hidden, incomplete or changed after measurement may require revised drawings, additional work or a changed schedule.
Electrical, plumbing, civil, ceiling, flooring, painting and other dependent work must be ready as agreed before installation. Delays or changes involving other contractors may affect the sequence and completion date.
Materials, finishes and natural variation
Samples, screen colours and photographs are useful references but may not show exact colour, grain, texture or sheen. Natural wood, veneer, stone, fabric and batch-produced materials can vary. Reasonable variations are part of the material character and are not automatically defects.
Specified brands or products may change if an item becomes unavailable. Any proposed substitute should be reviewed and approved according to the project agreement.
Delivery and installation
Delivery and installation dates depend on approvals, payments, material availability, factory scheduling, transport and site readiness. The installation area should be accessible, reasonably clear and safe for the team to work.
Minor site adjustments may be necessary to suit actual walls, floors, ceilings or service positions. Work outside the approved furniture scope is chargeable when accepted by the customer.
Handover, care and service
Customers should inspect completed work at handover and report visible concerns promptly. Furniture should be used and maintained according to the material, hardware and care guidance provided. Damage caused by water ingress, structural movement, misuse, overloading, unauthorised alteration, pests, accidents or unsuitable site conditions is not treated as a manufacturing defect.
Any warranty or service commitment is governed by the written project documents and the applicable manufacturer terms for third-party hardware or products.
